V - Orders

The customer can select as many products as they wish that will be added to the basket (the "basket"). The basket summarizes the products chosen by the customer as well as the prices and costs relating to it. The customer can freely modify the basket before validation of his order. The validation of the order is worth confirmation of acceptance by the Customer of the General Conditions of Sale (CGV), products purchased, their price as well as associated costs.

The price paid when validating the order includes VAT and shipping costs. The other taxes and fees, in particular customs, are the responsibility of the customer who will have to pay it to the carrier.

A confirmation email summarizing the order (products, prices, availability of products, quantity ...) will be sent to the customer by the Publisher. To this end, the customer formally accepts the use of email for confirmation by the editor of the content of his order. The invoices are available in the "My Account" section of the site.

VI - Refusal to process an order

VII - Price and payment terms

The prices of the products are indicated on the site in euros, including VAT, but excluding customs fees and other taxes.

The Publisher reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of the registration and payment of the order, subject to availability.

Products are payable in effect when ordering.

Purchasing regulations are made either via Paypal or via the secure platform of our partner Stripe and Alma for payment in several times. The Customer expressly recognizes that the communication of his bank card number at the Publisher applies to the debit authorization of his account up to the price of the products ordered. If necessary, a order cancellation notification for payment default is sent to the Customer by the Publisher at the email address communicated by the Customer when registering on the Site.

The data recorded and kept by the Publisher constitutes proof of the order and all the sales. The data recorded by Paypal or Stripe constitutes proof of any financial transaction which occurred between the customer and the Publisher.

VIII- Delivery

Deliveries are provided by La Poste services, from Monday to Saturday, depending on the option chosen by the Customer when validating his order.

Delivery means the transfer to the customer of the physical possession of the products ("delivery").

The delivery costs applicable to the order are those mentioned on the site https://www.sweeties-by-aude-d.comat the time of the order.

When the Publisher takes care of the delivery of the product, the risk of loss or deterioration of the product is transferred to the customer at the time of delivery.

As an exception, the risk is transferred to the customer when the product is handed over to the carrier when the latter is responsible for transport by the customer and not by the Publisher.

The delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer, it being specified that it must be the client's residence address, a natural person of his choice or a legal person (delivery to his company ). Delivery cannot be made in hotels or postal boxes.

If it is impossible to make the delivery, the Publisher strives to find a secure place to deposit the product. Otherwise, the product is returned to the Publisher's warehouse upon receipt of the product.

The Publisher also leaves a notice to the delivery address indicating the place where the product is located and the procedure to make a new delivery. The customer can contact the Publisher to organize delivery on a later date.

The Publisher delivers orders within a maximum period of principle of 12 (twelve) working days for delivery in mainland France and 20 (twenty) working days for international delivery, this period being deducted from the day after the validation of the command.

In order for these deadlines to be respected, the customer must ensure that they have communicated accurate and complete information concerning the delivery address (such as, in particular: street, building, staircase number, codes of Access, names and/or intercom numbers, etc.).

The Publisher cannot be held responsible for the delay in routing not being his fact or justified by a case of force majeure (as defined below).

In the event of exceeding the delivery time, the Customer may request the cancellation of the sale and obtain within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days of his request to this effect the reimbursement of the sums paid during the order. Notwithstanding the above, the Publisher cannot be held responsible for the damaging consequences following a delay in routing, only the reimbursement of the product by the Publisher being possible to the exclusion of any other form of compensation.

IX - Refunds and returns

The right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty. In the event of use of this right by the customer, the product must be returned to the Publisher within 14 days from the day of receipt of the products. The reimbursement arises provided that the Publisher was able to recover the products initially delivered. Unless the customer is contrary, the Publisher makes the reimbursement using the same means of payment as the one that has been used for the transaction.

The return of products is the responsibility of the customer.

In the absence of respect by the Customer of these GTC, the Publisher cannot refund the products concerned. In all cases, the return costs are the responsibility of the Publisher if the product delivered to the customer is different from the product ordered or if it is delivered damaged.

X - Guarantees - Limitation of liability
